Is my payment secure?
Yes—payments are handled through secure gateways. We never ask for payment via social apps.
What’s Included in Your Stay?
Fresh bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and doonas), pillows and mattresses with protective covers. Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer. Basic cleaning supplies (dishwashing liquid, sponge, broom, mop). Starter supplies: toilet paper, dishwashing tablets (where applicable), bin liners (enough to get you started). Laundry facilities (washing machine, clothesline or drying rack). Heating & cooling (depending on property), TV and/or Wi-Fi (as listed per property).
What to Bring?
Bath towels and beach towels
Personal toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.)
Food & beverages (including cooking oil, condiments, tea/coffee, etc.)
Extra toilet paper & cleaning supplies (for longer stays)
Sunscreen, insect repellent, and personal medications
Beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, snorkels, surfboards, etc.)

Some properties have clearly disclosed external cameras at entry points for security. No cameras are permitted inside.
What if something breaks?
Tell us straight away. We’ll triage and resolve promptly; accidental damage is handled fairly and transparently.
How do you select homes?
We only accept homes that meet our high-quality presentation and safety standards.
Do I have to bring towels?
Linen provided. Guests to bring their own towels (bath & beach). Few properties provide towels.
